Key Skills & Experience:

Strong engineering background in mobile (iOS/Android) or front-end digital platforms.
Experience with AI use cases, chatbots, and intelligent digital assistants.
Background in banking / financial services is essential.
Exposure to building digital customer journeys and app capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management in complex environments.
Familiarity with both UK and HK digital customer expectations is a plus.

What You'll Work On:

AI journey design (e.g. block card flows via chatbot).
Northstar mobile app - expanding shell pages and capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement shell pages and evolve mobile app capabilities.
Define and deliver feasible, scalable AI-driven features.
