Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a Chief Software Engineer. The Chief Software Engineer will lead development teams, oversee back-end web development, design and implement software solutions, and ensure the application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Additional responsibilities include code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with other departments to fulfill project requirements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development
Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Previous experience in a leadership role within the tech industry is a plus
