Must Have Experience with the below:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data Lake
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrable experience of developing and supporting Azure cloud-based applications.
It is highly desirable that they also have recent applied experience of Kafka and Kafka Connect
It is highly desirable that they also have recent applied experience of Kafka and Kafka Connect
Demonstrable knowledge of writing and maintaining Infrastructure, and Configuration as Code using Terraform
Demonstrable experience of using Unix/Linux/Windows in a support and/or development environment including Scripting languages and implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (ideally in Gitlab CI, though additional experience of Azure DevOps is a bonus)
Demonstrable experience of working in a software or platform engineering agile (scrum/kanban) DevOps environment with Continuous Integration & Deployment.
Experience of supporting, guiding, and developing engineers.
The role requires an experienced DevOps engineer to exercise substantial personal responsibility and autonomy with substantial discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues and assignments as they relate to primarily the Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
In addition to work assignments, the candidate must be able to take ownership of potentially loosely defined work efforts and drive those efforts to successful outcomes eg. proof of concepts/capabilities, Test & Learn assignments
