Mandatory Education/Certifications:

Post secondary education in support of computer technology

Mandatory Experience:

8+ years of experience as an SAP Business Warehouse and HANA developer

Desired Education/Certifications:

AP HANA Certification
SAP BW Certification
SAP BOBJ Certification
SAP BODS Certification

Desired Experience:

7 years' experience working in SAP BW Projects (gathering requirements, data modeling, report writing)
3-7 years' experience working with BEX
3-7 years' experience working with Process Chains
3-7 years' experience working with BOBJ
3-7 years' experience working with SAP BW/BI (optimizing parameters, performance optimization)
1-4 years' experience working with HANA Development objects
1-4 years' experience working with BODS
1-4 years' experience working with Power BI

Position Description

Seeking a senior SAP Business Warehouse developer.

Responsible for InfoCubes, DSOs, and InfoObjects design specification;
Responsible for ETL processes design specification;
Ensures that best practices are followed;
Support development of test cases for unit and integration testing;
Creates ETL processes, InfoCubes, ODSs, InfoObjects, and queries;
Creates transports;
Support execution of test cases and provides test results reports;
Develop and update existing data models into HANA landscape;
Supports Bex Reports;

Deliverables

Analysis

Identify gaps between project requirement and data available.
Assess security requirement
Collect business metadata information
Identify tasks and provide estimates to the project manager

Detailed Requirements Definition (design)

Prepare reports design specification.
Identify feasibility and impacts on current environment.
Ensure that best practises are followed

Test Case Development

Development test cases for reports and dashboards
Build reports and dashboards by following best practices.
Provide technical metadata definition for each object in the universe.

Test Result

Execute unit test plan and provide results reports
Warranty Support
Provide level 3 support on analytics solutions
