Client Representative - Onshore Site Supervision and Mobilization - Newcastle - 3 Month Contract

What You'll Do

Compliance Oversight: Review and understand RAMS and QHSE documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents.
Ensure that the contractor is working according to the approved RAMS and any approved MoC. Verify proper implementation of safety protocols and risk mitigation (including attending safety walks, heavy lift meetings or any last-minute risk assessments).
Daily Progress Reporting: Track the progress of site mobilization, logistics, and construction readiness. Report milestones, issues, safety observations, and deviations.
Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the client, contractors, and any 3rd party stakeholders, including i.e. MWS. Communicate issues and assist in timely resolution.

What you'll need:

Knowledge of RAMS, onshore QHSE, and site management best practices
Relevant QHSE and onshore work safety certifications
GWO courses: Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
Medical certificate including chester step
Recommended certificates and experience:
Previous experience from offshore installation scopes
IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet); DPR and Synergi
Reporting Line
Reports to the Offshore installation manager and Project manager.
Collaborates with the onshore construction team, QHSE, and Technical Quality Team.
