We're looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role will be pivotal in shaping Reformed's brand presence across social media and digital platforms through strategic influencer collaborations. You'll be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors who align with our values and aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and creators who reflect Reformed's ethos and target audience.
Negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and oversee campaign deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align influencer content with brand storytelling.
Track and analyse campaign performance, using data to optimize strategy and report ROI.
Maintain and grow Reformed's influencer database, fostering long-term ambassador relationships.
Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms, and emerging creator economies.

Requirements:

Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media within fashion, lifestyle, or wellness industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and creator analytics.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
