At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $55-$70/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities

Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world production supervision based on your professional experience
Create realistic situations incorporating team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
Develop scenarios handling scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting
Review and evaluate AI responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and adherence to industry standards
Provide detailed feedback on production management scenarios to improve AI training and model effectiveness

Ideal Qualifications

Strong experience as a first-line supervisor managing production or operations teams in manufacturing
Proven leadership with recognized professional achievements and management responsibilities
Proficient in computers and diverse software systems relevant to manufacturing operations
Excellent written communication, grammar, and spelling skills
Successful completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment
