Full Stack Engineer - Full Time - Hybrid - NYC

Overview of Role
As xNilio's Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own end-to-end delivery across our cloud APIs, CAD integrations, and UI surfaces. You'll translate system-level data-flow designs into running services, stand up pragmatic CI/CD and SSO, and help evolve our architecture so it can run in cloud and on-prem environments. You'll touch everything from GCP infrastructure and data layers to add-ins that connect external tools to our platform, plus the evaluation and vector plumbing that makes our features feel smart and reliable.
How we'll measure impact
Roll out CI/CD, SSO, and repo hygiene across core repos and teams.
Design a data-flow diagram for xNilio APIs, build consensus, and ship the implementation to production.
Host and deploy add-ins so users can run it without a local dev server.
Deliver a Spanner database layer that meets our performance and ergonomics needs.
Stand up infra to run an LLM agent over exported JSON, including storage and reduction pipelines.
Provide a stable test/dev node that keeps the system healthy for rapid iteration.
What You'll Do
Build and evolve backend services
Design and implement services in Go on GCP, define schemas and packages around Spanner, and expose clean, well-documented APIs.
Ship diagrams to production
Turn system data-flow diagrams into deployments; document decisions and use feature flags where helpful.
Own CI/CD and SSO foundations
Set up GitHub Enterprise SSO, 2FA, rulesets, protected branches, and team permissions so changes ship quickly and safely.
Own integrations
Host and maintain our engineering add-ins; implement OAuth2, webhooks, and export pipelines so CAD data flows reliably into xNilio.
Build LLM agent pipelines
Create the path over exported JSON, including reduction, storage, and basic safety/traceability hooks.
Maintain a healthy dev loop
Keep a stable test/dev node and a lightweight browser UI for scenario and integration testing.
What We're Looking For
Product-minded full-stack builder
Experience taking systems from diagram to production, balancing correctness, ergonomics, and speed.
Go/GCP backend expertise
Comfortable shaping a usable Spanner layer and keeping performance predictable.
Developer productivity & security experience
GitHub Enterprise SSO, 2FA, CI/CD flows, team permissions, and branch protection.
Extension & API integration experience
Experience hosting user-facing add-ins and integrated external APIs (OAuth2, webhooks).
Reliability mindset
Able to spot failure modes early, maintain healthy test/dev environments, and leave trails others can follow.
