A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.
Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Consultant/Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Technology. This entry-level role involves analyzing technical and business processes to support the implementation and improvement of computer systems that enable mission-critical ISR operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze science, engineering, and business data processing challenges to support system improvements and automation.
Assist in evaluating user requirements, workflows, and procedures to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Review computer system capabilities and scheduling limitations to recommend improvements.
Support the identification and evaluation of commercially available software solutions.
Collaborate with senior consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data and document findings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 4 years of experience
Must be a US citizen with a TOP SECRET/SCI level security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or relevant certifications.

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
