The Role: Team Leader - Car Finance Broker

Location: Salford Quays (Office-based)

Basic Salary: PS30,000 - PS40,000 (DOE & team size)

OTE: PS60,000 - PS70,000

You're not new to this game -- you've worked for a car finance broker and you know how to make deals happen. You thrive on leadership, love seeing your team succeed, and are hungry to grow. You know compliance inside out and put customers best interests at the heart of everything you do.
