What You'll Own

Platform Strategy & Performance

Monitor KPIs and make autonomous decisions to optimize performance
Build our presence as we scale

Paid Media & Budget

Control ad budget allocation and spending strategies
Design campaigns with A/B testing and audience targeting
Maximize ROI through data-driven optimization

Content & Brand Voice

Create written content that brings Kabin's innovation to life
Suggest campaigns and define our evolving brand voice
Coordinate messaging across email and newsletter channels

What You Bring

Proven success managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business
Track record with paid social campaigns and budget management
Strong analytical skills paired with creative thinking
Portfolio of strategic content work with measurable results

Compensation

Base: Competitive monthly retainer for scope and experience

Performance Bonus: Success fees tied to measurable outcomes (audience growth, engagement rates, lead generation, conversions)
