Package: Up to PS120,000 base + commission OTE circa PS240,000

We are working with a fast-growing consultancy that helps organisations transform their digital strategy, delivery, and operations. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Head of Sales/Sales Director to lead growth across new and existing clients.

The opportunity
This is a player-coach role, blending hands-on sales leadership with strategic direction. You will drive new business acquisition, develop key accounts, and build scalable go-to-market standards across sales and marketing.
As the business continues to grow, you'll shape the commercial structure, refine the sales strategy, and build a high-performing team to deliver sustained success.

Key focus areas
Win new business and grow existing accounts through consultative selling
Lead go-to-market planning and alignment across sales and marketing
Establish sales processes, tools, and structure to enable scale
Develop and mentor a small but high-impact team over time
Represent the business as a senior commercial leader with clients and prospects Candidate Profile
Proven success in strategy or consultancy sales, ideally within digital, professional services or management consultancy
Strong relationship builder with the ability to open new logos and expand existing relationships
Well-developed network of relevant contacts and market insight
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach The Package
Up to PS120,000 base salary + commission
OTE circa PS240,000
