Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to PS75k

Flexible working: 3 days per week in the office

My client, a leading organisation in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid insurance experience (particularly London Market) and a proven track record managing both onshore and offshore teams.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proficient with ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework
Experience managing onshore and offshore teams
Background in the insurance industry (Specialty or London Market)
Skilled in liaising with third-party vendors
Experience with Azure DevOps
