Digital Support Operator (Hardware Focused)
Location: Manchester
Salary: PS30k - PS34k per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Eligible to go through Clearance Checks

We're seeking a proactive Digital Support Operator to provide second-line technical support within a busy IT and Digital environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining digital communications and interview equipment, ensuring reliability, security and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 2nd-line technical support for digital communications systems and devices.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware configuration issues.
Manage user access rights, system audits and security processes.
Plan and carry out installations, repairs and maintenance of digital equipment.
Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain clear records and update technical documentation.
Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical users. About You

Experience in IT systems administration and incident management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and digital communications hardware.
Excellent troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
Participation in an on-call rota may be required. Desirable

ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
Experience with Azure, Airwave or Sepura Radio Manager. What's on Offer
