Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead Developer located in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Lead Developer will oversee the development of software projects from conception to deployment, ensure timely delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management
Skills in full-stack web development, including front-end frameworks and back-end development
Knowledge of database management systems and cloud services
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with AI-driven technologies is a plus
