IAM Business Analyst

This role puts you at the center of security, compliance and digital transformation -- where strategic process design meets stakeholder influence.

What You'll Do

Analyse and redesign IAM processes (Joiners-Movers-Leavers, recertification, governance)
Improve privileged access, role models and access workflows
Align policies with NIS2, GDPR, ISO27001 and internal standards
Lead workshops with HR, IT, Security and business stakeholders
Translate requirements into clear documentation and actionable improvements
Support implementation teams with guidance and process validation

Must-Haves

15+ years in IT/IAM/Security
10+ years as a Business Analyst in IAM/Cybersecurity/IT governance domains
Understanding of OpenID Connect, OAuth2 and Kerberos
Familiarity with SSO, MFA and Conditional Access
Expertise in JML flows, access governance and recertification
Understanding of standards and regulation (NIS2, GDPR, ISO27001)
Clear stakeholder communication in English (written & spoken)

Nice-to-Haves

Knowledge of tools like Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar
Experience in public sector or regulated industries
Familiarity with authentication standards (OIDC, OAuth, Kerberos, SSO, MFA)
Knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus
