Your Role in Our Journey
Jane is looking for a Full Stack, Back End focused Intermediate Software Developer to join our Revenue Operations team and play an integral role in building and maintaining features and platforms for different departments at Jane. We primarily focus on our homegrown Jane Account Management (JAM) application and its surrounding ecosystem. JAM is a separate platform from the main Jane monolith that other teams work on.
Our team develops internal-facing features used by departments such as Support, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Security. We're less focused on platform and DevOps work, and more on building high-impact tools and systems that streamline internal workflows and support business operations.
Like any team at Jane, we have a customer-oriented mindset and care deeply about how our work impacts both our end users and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who's excited to build scalable, well-designed backend systems, while also being comfortable dipping into the front end when needed.
The Impact You Could Have
The main application you would be working on is known as JAM, Jane Account Management. One of our team's core responsibilities is Subscription Billing, meaning we own the billing and payments pipeline, and have a direct impact on how Jane collects revenue from customers.
