Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven project manager to lead complex, cross-functional product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This role requires someone with advanced technical and organizational capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience required
4-7+ years of IT PMO experience (Ideally, 12+ years of experience)
Proven ability to manage complex projects through all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Strong technical skills in process improvement, data analysis, and advanced resource allocation.
Experience coordinating workflows across cross-functional teams while balancing competing priorities.
Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, presentation, and meeting facilitation.
Skilled in negotiating resources, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and delivering accurate project plans and milestones.
Adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
Demonstrated success in partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver shared results.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and change management skills.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a strategic approach to troubleshooting and decision-making.
Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
