Payrate: $74.00 - $78.00/hr.
Summary:
The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute the roadmap of data and software products and solutions
Collaborate with different marketing teams to understand their business objectives and translate them into compelling product features and solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and other product managers, to define specifications and guide the development process.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.
Share status with leadership via sync meetings and weekly status reports
Drive product adoption and usage by providing training, documentation, and support to internal marketing teams and other stakeholders.
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and drive product differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field is required
MBA preferred
4+ years of software product management or development experience. Experience building GenAI products is preferred.
Demonstrated end to end building SaaS or data product in complex environments
Exceptional SQL skills is a must
Strong understanding of data management and analytics concepts
Experience with API and data integrations, system architecture, and cloud-based development
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle concepts
Strong leadership, with track record of guiding diverse product and engineering teams
Excellent technical and business communication - able to effectively write requirements, roadmaps docs and executive briefings for all levels of audience
Desired Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $74.00 - $78.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
