Job Specifications

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Manager (Java/ Microservices).

Responsibilities:

No hands-on development required
Overseeing resource management and day-to-day project activities
Conducting performance reviews and managing team growth
Approving vacations and leaves for team members
Providing low-level and high-level design guidance
Ensuring smooth project execution and collaboration across teams

Desired Skill Set:

Strong experience in Java (11, 13), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Expertise in heavy multithreading and concurrent processing
Cloud exposure (CIBC uses Azure, but general cloud knowledge is sufficient)
Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration
