Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to document mortgage business logic for AI training across all platforms. You will translate complex mortgage processes into clear, platform-agnostic business rules.

Key Responsibilities

Business Logic & AI Training

Document mortgage business rules, decision trees, and if-then scenarios
Map business logic for AI platforms
Iteratively train AI models with business logic
Prepare documentation for AI model training on all platforms
Test AI outputs across all platforms
Ensure consistent business rules across all user touchpoints
Support continuous AI learning through incremental business rule documentation

Process Analysis & Documentation

Analyze mortgage workflows and identify decision points
Document Business Logic Data Dictionary
Create test scenarios and maintain business rules repository
Support UAT and quality assurance of business logic implementation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage.
Proven experience documenting business logic and creating process flows
Strong ability to break down complex business rules into logical components
Understanding of mortgage concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
