We are an Executive Search firm specialised in finding senior talent for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers, working across Europe and North America looking for a dynamic and driven Research Consultant to join our high-performing team.

The role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Research Consultant to support our executive search mandates. In this role, you will:

Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to identify top senior-level talent.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines across hedge fund and asset management markets.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights on market developments.

We are looking for someone who has:

Prior experience in recruitment research or executive search (financial services exposure preferred)
Excellent written and verbal skills
A good work ethic
A natural curiosity for Finance and Financial Markets
Good people skills
Positive mindset
