Junior Project Manager

Location: Colchester (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

Haystack is hiring on behalf of a luxury retail brand that’s undergoing a major digital transformation to modernise its internal systems and customer-facing platforms.

We’re looking for an ambitious, early-career Project Manager — someone newly qualified or with a few years’ experience — who’s ready to take ownership of business change and technology-enabled projects.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and IT Director, helping to coordinate product roadmaps, improve delivery processes, and drive meaningful transformation across the business.

What you’ll do

Support the delivery of digital and business change projects across multiple departments.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
Work with C-suite leaders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to transition away from legacy systems.
Help define the structure and direction of the growing technology function.
Ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical solutions.

About you

Newly qualified or early-career Project Manager with experience in technology or business change.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
Comfortable managing competing priorities and influencing across teams.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
