Location: Remote

Compensation: $40 – $45 per hour

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Summer Intern interested in learning about the financial, strategy, and business development side of construction and real estate. This internship offers exposure to multiple areas of the company. Interns will gain insight into what it takes to manage and scale a growing construction and real estate firm.

Responsibilities:

Assist with project research, scheduling, and client documentation
Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentation materials
Conduct market and real estate development research
Help organize internal files, digital assets, and marketing materials
Participate in virtual meetings and team discussions on ongoing projects

Qualifications:

Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Eager to learn and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Attention to detail and interest in construction or real estate industries
