We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President, EMEA Security Technology and Projects to lead our regional programs which will be to manage security technology initiatives and physical security projects as part of a global security function.

This is a Vice President level position within Security and Investigations.

What You'll Do In The Role

Manage critical security systems and related projects in the EMEA region as part of the global Security Technology program.
Supervise and manage a team of FTE and contingent workers which conduct access control and video management operations for the Firm utilizing an array of technologies, systems and tools.
Supervise and manage external security technology vendors that conduct service and repairs on our electronic security systems. Ensure that master contracts and confidentiality agreements are in place, set scope for projects, obtain price quotes, and, in consultation with the business unit, select the equipment best suited for the project.
Oversee quality assurance (QA) reviews of external electronic security vendor activity ensuring that the QA conducted sufficiently tests the external vendor's installations for high quality workmanship, robustness and completeness.
Review existing technology and processes to assess their effectiveness. Bring ideas and innovations to the Firm to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness ensuring thorough assessments have been carried out and findings have been appropriately distributed.
Develop capital and expense budgets associated with security projects or programs as directed.
Ensure proper coordination and communication with all internal and external parties including IT, appointed architects, engineers, contractors and security vendors.
Conduct acceptance testing of newly installed security systems and equipment. Work with internal and external audit corporate functions in the testing of systems, requirements and security best practices.
Assign projects, monitor workloads, and ensure team members meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and clients as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, as-builts, change orders, and compliance records.

What You'll Bring To The Role

Minimum five to ten years of experience in physical security, technical security and security project management experience working in a similar role.
Previous experience managing security system integration vendors.
Broad experience in developing technical and physical security concepts/designs, preferably in the financial sector.
Knowledge of both physical and technical security systems, with proven commercial experience.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem resolution skills
Ability to effectively handle difficult requests, builds trusting, long-term relationships with clients, helps the client to identify/define needs and manages client/business expectations.
A proven sharp thinker, who actively thinks ahead, anticipates questions, plans for contingencies, finds alternative solutions and identifies clear objectives. Sees the big picture and effectively analyses complex issues.
Good presentation skills and comfortable working at all levels across an organization.
Advanced knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to building design.
Expert knowledge of physical security systems and methodologies.
Faultless integrity and excellent customer service experience.
Ability to travel (10-20%)
