Senior Java Developers – 3 positions available

We’re looking for three experienced Java developers to play a key role in delivering long-term projects and supporting the growth of the wider engineering team.

A rapidly growing healthtech scale-up is transforming how hospitals deliver care across the UK — and they're now expanding their development team at pace.

With multiple industry awards under their belt and a wave of new hospital deployments approaching, they're entering a major growth phase. They’re on the hunt for purpose-driven individuals who want to build impactful tech that directly enhances patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be hands-on with development while also helping shape technical direction, supporting delivery at scale, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. It's a great fit if you enjoy balancing coding with team leadership and knowledge sharing.

The details:

Salary: Up to £85k + bonus
Focus: Long-term project delivery, mentoring, and technical leadership
