As a Strategy Analyst Intern, you’ll explore how data, technology, and human insight come together to make smarter business decisions. From day one, you’ll join a Strategy team tackling real-world challenges — using data to spot opportunities, improve processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid: 3 days in office – Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Start date: 29 June 2026 (10 weeks, fixed dates)
Eligibility: Open to penultimate-year university students (Undergraduate, Master’s or PhD)
Visa status: Open to student visa holders who can work unrestricted during the internship

Programme Overview
This ten-week summer internship is your chance to take a deep dive into one of the UK’s most forward-thinking finance and tech organisations.
You’ll be trusted to own a live project, get exposure to senior leaders, and develop your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
During the internship, you could find yourself:
Analysing customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Supporting fraud prevention and customer protection initiatives.
Designing creative marketing strategies to reach new audiences.
Assessing risk and return to help balance responsible lending.
Using coding, data tools, and critical reasoning to turn insight into action.
You’ll finish the summer having delivered measurable impact, sharpened your analytical toolkit, and built a strong foundation for a future graduate career in strategy or consulting.

The Recruitment Process
Step 1: Apply online — no CV or cover letter required. Eligible applicants will be invited to complete online assessments.
Step 2: Complete a one-way video interview.
Step 3: Take part in a virtual case study interview with a current Analyst.
Step 4: Attend an in-person assessment day including a group exercise, case study, and individual interview.
