Job Specifications

Are you ready to support a mission-critical banking application in an agile environment? We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain and improve the app, a key platform in our operations.

Your Mission:

Provide technical support in production and test environments
Troubleshoot issues using Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Java logs
Monitor and manage batch processes and scheduled jobs
Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve incidents proactively
Support end-users and collaborate with agile teams to improve performance

Your Profile:

1–3 years of experience in application support or similar role
Strong skills in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Basic understanding of Java troubleshooting
Familiarity with batch processing and monitoring tools
Agile mindset, team player, and strong communication skills
Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
