Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow SecOps VIR (Vulnerability Incident Response) professional. The candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing ServiceNow SecOps modules, specifically focused on vulnerability management and incident response. Daily tasks include integrating tools, automating workflows, and ensuring platform optimization. The role also involves identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, and producing detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

ServiceNow platform expertise with a strong focus on SecOps, vulnerability management, and incident response
Experience in process automation and workflow optimization
Foundational security knowledge, including understanding of vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and industry best practices
Proficiency in scripting and development within ServiceNow (JavaScript, API integrations, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred
Experience working in IT Service Management or security domains is highly beneficial
