About the Role

We’re collaborating with a top leading AI company on a pioneering project that merges marketing expertise with artificial intelligence.

We’re looking for Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can help train and evaluate AI systems — enabling them to think, reason, and plan like real marketers.If you’ve ever wanted to bring your marketing knowledge into the AI era, this is your opportunity to shape how next-generation AI models understand brand strategy, campaign optimization, and customer insights.

Responsibilities

Provide marketing domain knowledge to train and evaluate AI system
Review and label marketing datasets (campaign briefs, KPIs, ad copies, etc).
Evaluate AI-generated responses for creativity, tone, and brand consistency.
Simulate real marketing workflows such as campaign planning, execution, and analysis
Collaborate with AI engineers to define logic, taxonomies, and marketing knowledge graphs

Qualification

7–12 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or performance marketing
Strong background in campaign planning, analytics, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, Google Analytics)
Deep understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Able to dedicate 20+ hours/week as a project-based contributor
