Project Executive – Multifamily Construction

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Base Salary: $200,000 – $280,000 + bonuses and comprehensive benefits

My client, a well-established South Florida general contractor with a leading presence in the multifamily sector, is seeking a Project Executive to oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale residential developments within its Fort Lauderdale division.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of multiple multifamily projects, from preconstruction through close-out
Provide executive-level leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for ownership groups and partners
Drive financial performance across assigned projects, including budgets, schedules, and risk management
Lead project planning, staffing, and resource allocation in coordination with senior management
Mentor and support Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure consistent execution and professional development
Oversee contract negotiations, change management, and subcontractor performance
Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases
