Job Specifications

Diane Kordas Jewellery is seeking a Jewellery Product developer and Studio assistant. This is an opportunity to join the West London based team on a part-time basis with the potential to go full-time, overseeing all areas of the business. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to join an expanding luxury brand.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist on general enquiries from the head of design and the production manager
Assist the studio on an adhoc basis
Manage vendor relations and initiate new ones if necessary
Initiate and manage the development process of new fine jewellery designs from concept to product realisation
Manage work-flow between the production and sales team
Oversee all production tasks; production schedules, quality control etc.
Seek ways to improve efficiency and processes and implement positive changes
Manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet daily deadlines with the design and sales team
Coordinate photoshoots and communications online and offline
Ensure product archives are up to date
Ensure the website is up to date
Assist in marketing and social media
Ensure the studio works smoothly in all areas of the business

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years experience working within a luxury brand
Experience working with jewellery design and manufacturing
Advanced experience of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign mainly) - MANDATORY
Confident user of all Microsoft applications
Effective time management and able to work to tight deadlines
