Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Specialist who is passionate about streamlining workflows and driving operational excellence. You will join a dynamic team and help the business transform the way they deliver IT and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers or admins

Requirements:

Proven experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and APIs
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
