What You’ll Be Do
ingAs a Civil Engineering Intern or Placement Student, you’
ll:Collaborate on projects in highways, rail, water, and energy sectors, from local upgrades to major international infrastructu
re.Learn to design, assess and optimise assets using digital tools such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads and B
IM.Support the development of low-carbon, resilient and sustainable solutio
ns.Visit sites, liaise with clients and ensure designs are safe, buildable and future-rea
dy.Gain an understanding of project delivery models, commercial considerations, and stakeholder manageme
nt.You’ll be mentored by industry leaders, gain exposure to live design work, and follow a structured pathway towards professional accreditati
