Front-End Web Developer
Location: Hybrid – San Jose, CA 95002
Pay Rate: $75–$81/hour (W2)
Duration: 12-Months Contract
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT (core hours 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer to join our dynamic web marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, responsive, and accessible digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with design, marketing, and SEO teams to bring creative ideas to life and continuously enhance our web presence through scalable design systems, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Build, maintain, and optimize websites that align with brand and performance standards.
Responsive Design: Ensure seamless experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes.
A/B Testing: Integrate testing insights into web updates to drive performance improvements.
Web Accessibility: Implement WCAG 2.1 standards for inclusive and compliant design.
Design Systems: Develop scalable, reusable front-end components that enhance design consistency.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and SEO specialists to deliver cohesive projects.
Performance Optimization: Enhance site speed, usability, and scalability using best practices.
Quality Assurance: Test, debug, and ensure flawless execution of all web deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with responsive web design and web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with Figma and similar design collaboration tools.
Experience managing code scalability and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; organized, flexible, and user-focused.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Webflow development (a plus but not required).
Familiarity with CMS integrations and A/B testing tools.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum workflows.
Work Environment
Hybrid work option: Ideally in the office twice a week (negotiable).
