Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Software Engineer 3 (Full-Stack) to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:

Design, develop, and support full-stack software applications and public-facing services.
Build and maintain AWS-native, serverless applications and microservices.
Develop front-end components and back-end APIs to support critical application features.
Collaborate with product teams and IT partners to ensure solutions are well-architected and aligned with organizational goals.
Lead design and technical discussions to define system architecture and application data models.

Required Skills and Experience:

This position is on-site in Denver, CO.
Expert-level proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing application solutions within the AWS cloud ecosystem.
Deep experience in building scalable back-end APIs (REST/GraphQL) and designing data persistence layers.
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and deploy modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
Advanced expertise in data modeling for application features and schema design.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Skilled in developing highly available application services and enabling data access through microservices and API gateways.
Proven experience implementing monitoring, observability, and performance tuning for serverless applications.
Strong understanding of application security best practices.
Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Serves as a technical mentor and advisor, guiding other engineers on application architecture and API design principles.
