The Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the platform. You’ll work across the full stack — from architecture to production — and help integrate agentic AI and LLM technologies into the platform to automate workflows, assist decision-making, and enhance enterprise operations. Experience in fintech or healthtech is essential, and candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience at an early-stage venture-backed company, ensuring you thrive in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications with focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
Integrate and optimise agentic AI / LLM models for enterprise workflows in healthcare or finance applications.
Collaborate with product and design to translate complex fintech or healthcare workflows into intuitive software.
Make architectural decisions and establish best practices for both traditional software and AI components.
Drive fast iteration in a startup environment while maintaining high engineering standards.
You’ll Bring
3–5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Proven experience in fintech or healthtech, handling financial systems, healthcare compliance, or enterprise workflows.
Experience working with agentic AI / LLMs in production or research contexts.
At least 1 year at an early-stage venture-backed company, ideally contributing to product development and scaling.
Strong skills with modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Python, Node, or similar).
Startup mindset: ownership, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
