At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.

Position: Venture Capital Expert

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $100/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum 4-week engagement, with potential for extension and rotations

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

Contribute expertise in one or more of the following areas: board materials creation, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment and analysis summaries, and sourcing for deals
Support AI training and research by creating detailed, high-quality content aligned with venture capital investment workflows
Collaborate asynchronously with project teams, delivering outputs on schedule
Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, clarity, and domain relevance

Requirements

Strong professional experience in venture capital at top firms
Proven expertise in at least one of the focus areas listed above
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
