Qualification Requirements: Successful completion of a role-specific written assessment and a background check.

We are looking for highly qualified non-STEM experts to contribute to Generative AI projects. In this role, you will help design and evaluate data workflows in your field, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy. You will collaborate with AI researchers and engineers, develop evaluation content, and provide expertise in your subject area to improve AI model performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Work with AI researchers and engineers to understand non-STEM data collection and evaluation needs.
Translate high-level requirements into clear workflows and guide larger teams.
Execute workflows quickly and with precision, delivering reliable results.
Develop efficient ways of curating and evaluating data relevant to non-STEM domains.
Collaborate across teams to ensure maximum data quality and throughput.

Requirements:

Education: Master’s with distinction or PhD in non-STEM fields (e.g., Social Sciences, Psychology, Economics, Law, Philosophy, Literature, Technical Writing, etc.) from a top university or institute.

Experience:

10+ years of professional or teaching experience in your domain.
Proven track record of content creation, research, or mentoring.

Skills:

Strong subject knowledge and ability to evaluate advanced-level content.
Experience developing teaching materials, research content, or evaluation frameworks.
Comfortable using Google Workspace and working in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
