Job Specifications

The Insider Risk Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s data and operations by proactively detecting, assessing, and responding to potential insider threats.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ongoing monitoring and analysis of user activity across networks, systems, and applications to identify potential insider threats.
Investigate alerts and anomalies tied to DLP, privileged access, and identity management.
Develop, implement, and refine insider risk policies, processes, and awareness initiatives to strengthen organizational security posture.
Partner closely with teams across the business to ensure proper escalation and resolution of insider-related incidents.
Document case findings, produce reports, and maintain detailed records to support audit and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, project/program management, fraud investigations, or risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience identifying and mitigating insider threats within enterprise environments, including the design and management of DLP and data protection programs.
Hands-on experience with SIEM, DLP, and IAM tools and technologies.
Strong background in intelligence analysis, investigations, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with behavioral analytics and user activity monitoring platforms (UEBA, Microsoft).
