Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on engineering experience
Degree from a top-tier engineering program
Experience at successful startups
Capable of working long productive hours
Independently shipped full-stack side projects or tools
Solid foundation in computer science
Experience working on front-office or user-facing products
Demonstrated history of working in a team with a strong engineering culture
