Job Description

Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer – CyberArk

Location: Cleveland, OH - ONSITE

Duration: Long Term Contract

• Experience in performing CyberArk brokering solution implementation based on the design.

• Strong knowledge on Service Account Governance.

• Should have worked on at least 3 PAM product implementations

• Good to have experience of implementing CYBERARK solution

• Should have 2-3 years of development experience on any programming language(JAVA, VB, VB.Net, ASP, JSP)

• Should have good experience of BAU support processes like incident/problem management, SLA management, change management, knowledge transition and documentation.

• Should be able to troubleshoot CYBERARK product components.

• Should have hands on experience of appliance configuration of CYBERARK in standalone and HA configuration

• Should have good experience on writing scripts at server level ( Perl script, shell script, VB script, java script, batch scripts)

• Should have good understanding of UNIX, Windows server level commands

• Should have good high level understanding of Network components

• Should be able to customize CYBERARK product as per business requirements

• Should be able to automate support process and create reusable components
