We are looking for a co-op student to work with our Commercial team.

What You Will Be Doing

Participate in review and negotiation of prime contracts, teaming agreements and design services agreements for multi-billion infrastructure projects .
Participate in the risk identification and quantification for projects under procurement.
Participate in third party due diligence assessments.
Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, designers, and partners.
Participate in the cost control process to be implemented in future projects.
Participate in the cost control and reporting of the tendering department.
Prepare detailed data analysis to be used for business intelligence.
Preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
Assist the Commercial team when help is Perform all other related tasks that will help complete the project.

What We Are Looking For

Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Quantity Surveying (High GPA score will be an asset) .
Ability to take initiative, pay attention to details, and work in a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English (French will be considered an asset).
Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Excellent MS Suite of tools including Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Sharepoint skills will be considered an asset.
Understanding of AI tools applied to business.
No previous experience is required.
