Our client is a global leader in innovative technology solutions. Trusted by customers worldwide, they are developing a powerful, data-driven platform. This position is compensated up to €150,000 + Bonus and Benefits. You'll ideally need to get into the offices 2-3 days a week.

They are now seeking a Software Technical Lead to lead the team behind this mission-critical platform.

What you’ll be doing

Leading and growing teams of Backend and Frontend Engineers.
Defining and guiding the technical direction of the platform – architecture, codebase, data models.
Partnering with leadership to plan and deliver the roadmap.
Driving timely delivery of new features while ensuring stability and scalability.
Embedding AI automation at scale to minimise repetitive manual processes.

What we’re looking for

Strong backend engineering background (Python) with deep technical understanding.
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 8+ engineers.
Expertise in data modelling, APIs, and pipelines.
Collaborative mindset, working closely with Product Managers and Analysts.
