Are you highly organised and proactive and do you have a passion for organising and ensuring everything runs smoothly?

Do you have several years' experience providing PA/Team support to busy professionals in a fast-paced environment?

Do you enjoy being the go-to person? From managing diaries, travel and meetings to creating a friendly, vibrant office space.

Our client is looking for a fantastic all-rounder with a great attitude to keep the team and the office in peak condition!

This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Supporting the team: diaries, booking travel, and preparation for board meetings
Organising meeting, events and training courses
Keeping the office running smoothly; managing suppliers and maintaining health and safety standards
Acting as the first point of call for the office, taking calls, greeting visitors and clients
Taking charge of office IT, ensuring smooth operations and data protection
Helping onboard new team members and assisting with administration across departments
Being the glue that keeps everything together!

The skills you need to bring:

Previous experience supporting a busy office
Highly organised, confident and articulate approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A flexible, problem solving approach to work
Desire to be a proactive team player - in office 5 days a week 8.30 - 5.30
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
