PROJECT COORDINATOR AND ANALYST

Our Toronto based client is seeking a Project Coordinator and Analyst to join their team and will provide support and effectively coordinate project activities including correspondence, administrating project financials and scheduling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the project's calendar (creating/updating meetings, availability checks, ensuring meetings are prepared with video-conference info.
Following up on project tasks as identified in the plan and schedule, including completion status, issues and risks and brings a consolidated update to the Project Manager
Attends project meetings and ensures key discussion points, actions and meeting notes are captured and distributed to attendees
Prepare material in MS PowerPoint, Excel, VISIO, and Word
Prepare presentations and reports in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Assists the Project leadership with financial reporting.
Works with the organizations financial teams to ensure accrual, receipting, invoicing, purchase orders are managed with regular status reports

EXPERIENCE:

University degree or three (3) year College diploma
Experience with and ability to work with a MS SharePoint intranet; specifically file administration, assigning permissions and organizing the file structure
MS Excel - intermediate to advanced
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Hourly rate: $30/hour (based on 35 hours/week)

1 year contract (with high possibility for extension)

Hybrid work model (3 days/week in office)
