We're looking for a talented software designer to join our client's team, who will be instrumental in realizing software applications based on detailed customer specifications and the selected technical architecture. This perspective is crucial for maintaining high standards in software development and delivery.

Responsibilities And Tasks

The selected candidate will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

Analyzing needs and modeling IT applications
Developing innovative computer applications
Implementing continuous integration systems
Maintaining and enhancing existing applications
Managing IT development projects
Training users and providing essential support
Participating in production and addressing recipe returns

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a strong understanding of complex information systems, business processes, and the software development lifecycle. The following skills and experience are essential:

Java, with specific knowledge of versions 11 & 17.
XML Processing
SOA principles (REST, SOAP)
JavaScript / Typescript
Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (Microsoft Azure/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, ...)
Vue.js 2
Responsive HTML/CSS development
Java EE (essentially Servlet/JSP) is a plus
Spring / Spring Boot
Spring MVC
Design and implementation of REST APIs
JAX-WS and JAX-RS

Language Requirements

Fluency in both English and Dutch is required for this position, ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
