Position Title: Business Analyst - Supply Chain Digital Transformation (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Santa Clara (Onsite)

Expected Duration of Project: 12+ Contract with good chances of extension

About the Role:

We're seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support a Supply Chain digital transformation initiative enabled by SAP S/4HANA and related systems. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize Advanced Planning and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring scalable and efficient ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and map business processes using Lucidchart or Visio.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements across supply chain functions.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP S/4HANA-based solutions.
Improve procurement workflows -- Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Source-to-Pay.
Lead workshops, develop functional specs, and support UAT activities.
Facilitate change management, data readiness, and end-user training.
Ensure project alignment with SAP best practices and business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or digital transformation projects.
Strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain (Forecast to Plan, Procure to Pay).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and BPM tools.
Skilled in process visualization and stakeholder engagement.
CBAP certification and familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methods are a plus.
