As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying product updates, identifying and resolving production issues, and designing integrations that meet our customers' needs.
You'll collaborate closely with Developers, Engineers and IT teams to ensure software development follows best practices and functions as intended.
You will be the subject matter expert (SME) and technical owner of our integration platform and subsequent integrations, driving innovation and ensuring seamless connectivity across our systems.

What you'll do
In This Role, You Will
act as the technical owner and SME for the integration platform, shaping its future through evaluation, expert advice, and technology adoption
collaborate with Change Management, Project Managers, Architects, Developers and QA teams to define and maintain integration standards, patterns and best practices
work closely with data users and stakeholders to enhance data integration processes
assist the Integration Architect in documenting and refining data integration models to align with business goals
monitor key production integrations, ensuring service SLAs are met and perform remedial actions when necessary
maintain thorough documentation of integration work for review and approval
participate in architecture review boards, change evaluations and estimating meetings, contributing to technical discussions and decision-making
ensure all integration development complies with company security policies and prevents data security breaches.
What you'll need
You Will Have
hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services
strong proficiency in BICEP for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (ARM or Terraform knowledge is a plus)
a solid understanding of GitHub Flow and branching strategies
familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies and some exposure to Waterfall
experience configuring and managing Azure App Service Plans
strong networking knowledge, including designing and integrating hub-and-spoke architectures
expertise in message handling and processing patterns (experience with Azure Service Bus is advantageous)
a background in event-driven architecture, ideally with Azure Event Grid
proficiency in secure key management best practices
the ability to lead engineering efforts across multiple projects
an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management.
It Would Be Desirable For You To Have
familiarity with the Azure Enterprise Landing Zone model
experience deploying and scaling web applications across different service environments
the ability to design and implement resilient cloud architectures
knowledge of Azure Entra and identity management solutions
competence in Azure Storage solutions (Blob, Table, Queue, Files)
experience in scaling and optimizing workloads
proficiency with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics
understanding of Azure API Management and integration strategies
awareness of Azure pricing models
Microsoft certification or equivalent qualifications.
