We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join a forward-thinking organisation on a full-time hybrid basis. This is perfect for a digital marketer who thrives on delivering strategic, high-performing campaigns that make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading digital campaigns from concept to delivery across social, email, and paid media
Driving engagement, conversions, and growth through audience-first strategies
Creating standout content that captures attention and builds loyalty
Running targeted paid ad campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and sign-ups
Collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging and maximise reach
Using analytics to refine campaigns and report on performance

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in digital marketing with hands-on acquisition experience
Confident using Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
A natural storyteller with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across channels
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Previous experience in a purpose-driven organisation is a big plus
